Delivery & Returns

Delivery 

Delivery costs are £3.00 for UK mainland delivery on all orders. Orders are sent via Royal Mail on a tracked service. We post all items within 2-3 working days of the order. If anything should arrive damaged, please let us know within 2 days. Review our returns policy below for further details. 

Collection 

We also offer collection from the store for free, simply request to collect at the checkout. During the time we are temporarily closed due to COVID 19, we will contact you directly after your purchase to organise a time for safe collection. 

Other/worldwide shipping 

We are currently only processing orders for delivery within the UK online, however we can absolutely arrange for delivery overseas. If you are interested in purchasing an item for delivery from outside the UK, please contact us via email or phone and we will happily investigate courier costs. 

Overseas orders may be subject to additional import tax.

Returns

We understand that sometimes once you receive your item, you might change your mind.

We will accept returns for exchange or refund. We request that you notify us within 7 days for a return or exchange. Please contact us either by phone or email, quoting your order number and reason for return. 

Once we’ve been notified, please ensure the item is sent back to us within 7 days. Returns will only be processed up until 14 days of your receipt of purchase. 

As we are a small and independent business, unfortunately we are unable to supply pre-paid postage for returns. However, please do feel free to drop them into the store yourself if you would rather avoid postage or courier costs. During the time we are closed due to COVID 19, please contact us directly to organise a time for safe drop-off. 

The T’s and C’s: 

  • Take care of your proof of purchase receipt, as we will require this to process any returns. 
  • Please insure all labels and tags are intact and not removed. 
  • Please take care when trying on the clothes, so they can be returned to the stock supply. Any items that have been worn and tags removed will not be accepted.
  • All shoes must be returned in their original packaging and boxes. Shoes returned without the intact boxes will not be accepted. Shoes worn outside will not be accepted. 
  • We cannot accept returns of socks or boxer shorts. 
  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us asap with your order number and fault issue. 
  • We are not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit to the store. Please ensure you either drop off the item in store, or send via tracked post. 
  • Any items not received within 14 days from receipt of purchase will not be accepted, or will be accepted within the discretion of the store. 
  • All refunds will be processed to the original card used for purchase.  The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
